The transition from stacked cells to a finished module requires precise surface preparation. Huiyao’s module line utilizes a 200W laser cleaning station to remove electrolytes, dust, and fingerprints from terminal poles, ensuring stable laser welding quality.

The "First Fixture" Innovation: To prevent damage to live cells during commissioning, the 6kW laser welding station employs a "First Fixture" logic. This allows engineers to perform test welds on dummy caps to verify laser penetration and beam alignment before processing actual battery modules.
