In-sale service:

1, integrity and fairness: Thank you very much for your trust and support, we will be honest and fair attitude to earnestly perform the contract, we have technical engineers responsible for communication and follow-up, customize the technical solution that really suits your products;

After-sales service:

1, after the equipment is shipped, Huiyao laser will have technical personnel responsible for installation and commissioning, and we will do as much detailed training as possible for the technical characteristics of the equipment, the degree of operation and maintenance knowledge, so that the operator can be familiar with the performance of the equipment and the maintenance of each device;

2, free warranty period: Huiyao laser sold equipment has a one-year free warranty, lifelong maintenance. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails and parts are damaged (except for human factors and force majeure factors), our company is responsible for free repair, and the required replacement parts are provided for free (except for consumable parts). Beyond the warranty period, the maintenance fee is only charged at cost price;
