The Challenge of Void-Free Dispensing

Furthermore, recognizing that battery casings are not perfectly flat, our system performs a 3D scan of the module surface before application. The robotic arm then dynamically adjusts its path (Z-axis compensation) to target a constant bond line thickness. This precision is intended to maximize thermal contact while reducing material waste by up to 10%.
