1. Technical Cleanliness (VDA 19.1 & VDA 5060)

In high-voltage battery assembly, a single metal particle (>500µm) can cause a short circuit and fire.

The Problem: Laser welding naturally creates spatter and dust.

A high-pressure nozzle blows shielding gas at the weld to protect the pool.

A vacuum nozzle sucks particles away from the module immediately.

Result: We meet Cleanliness Class 8 requirements inside the welding cell.

2. Traceability: Beyond CSV (DIN Spec)

German Industry 4.0 demands more than just saving data. It requires data integrity.

Requirement: According to DIN standards, every weld must be traceable to the specific laser pulse.

Our MES: Our system binds the Barcode (Data Matrix)of the cell to the Weld Seam ID.

If a module fails a pull test, you can trace back to the exact millisecond the laser fired.

3. CE Marking: The Machinery Directive

A "CE Sticker" is not enough. The equipment must comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Safety PL (Performance Level): Our emergency stop circuits are rated PL d / Cat 3.

EMC: All servo motors and laser sources are shielded to pass EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)tests, ensuring no interference with other factory equipment.
